About Wav House Studios
Created in 2019, Wav House Studios is a private recording studio that offers premier music and vocal production. Our facility is located just North of Houston, nestled in The Woodlands. We have some of the best pieces of gear that will get you the same radio ready sound as other top industry artists.
We built the studio from the ground up with the artist in mind. Wav House Studios has two different studios, Studio A and Studio B. Studio A’s control room is large enough to comfortably fit 5 or 6 people and has a 50 inch TV (so you don’t miss any important games). Studio A’s live room/vocal booth is spacious (it has a couch!) and also features a 50 inch TV. Studio B may not have a vocal booth but for a lot of artists these days that’s not an issue. Studio B offers a more intimate experience for recording. Regardless of size, both rooms offer best in industry equipment and will get you the sound you’ve been looking for.
The kitchen offers easy access to coffee and bottled water, with fridge space for anything you decide to bring. Out front, Wav House Studios has a covered porch, a table and plenty of seating with a privacy fence.

I created Wav House Studios as a haven for artists and the like to create undisturbed. I’ve been working with local artists on a high level for the last 10 years, focusing mainly on hip-hop/rap and pop with a bit of indie blues mixed in. I had the opportunity to develop an artist with Ken Lewis, who is one of the best to do it and has a resume that speaks for itself. I’ve worked with notable artist’s such as, Key Glock, Baby Bash, Rasheed, Brick Wolfpack, $tiff Barbie, Lil Mexico and many others. Through my experience, I have developed skills that can elevate your project to the next level.

Certified Audio Engineer & Producer with 5+ years of experience in the music industry, Brandon “Nimrod” Villanueva has engineered and produced in predominantly Rap, RnB, Spanish, Country and even Gospel music, giving him enough studio experience to reach the sound you’re looking for. He has worked with notable artists such as, Don Toliver, Key Glock, Dice Soho, Sally Sossa, Pgf Nuk, Chase B, Coi Leray, Erica Bankz, BRS Kash, Jay Fizzle, Lil Nuu.
